Mission Statement

The Portuguese American Police Association (P.A.P.A.) is a not for profit organization, formed for the mutual aid, protection, welfare, and advancement of its members; educating the public, especially the youth, about the Criminal Justice System by cultivating friendship and loyalty within the Portuguese Community and the Residents of the State of New Jersey.
